This time around, NY’s premier G&S troupe sweeps you faraway and long ago to the exotic Japanese town of Titipu, where you run upon blundering bureaucrats, treacherous love triangles, a Mikado with a mission to “make the punishment fit the crime,” and, of course, Three Little Maids from School. So get ready for a musical theater treat and a rib-tickling surprise as the Titiputians toil to solve their peculiar predicament, and arrive at an outcome sure to leave you laughing. It’s an evening of riotous antics, among glorious sets, elaborate costumes, and a splendiferous orchestra.
