The NYU Sound — Julian Schwarz Distinguished Faculty Recital

Cellist Julian Schwarz — new to the NYU Steinhardt faculty — performs works with pianist Marika Bournaki and double bassist Andrew Trombley by composition faculty members Julia Wolfe, Caroline Shaw, and Justin Dello Joio; former students Alex Weiser, Paul Frucht, and Jon Cziner, and a work by Arthur Berger (former alum of NYU). The performance is free.
