Sending vibrations out across New York City, new South African freedom songs sit side by side with the American Premier of works by Latvian composer Emils Darzins; Rufus Wainwright rubs up against Gwen Stefani, and there are also be new commissions by Our Lady J and Vermont-based composer Gwyneth Walker.
