William Forsythe’s You Made Me a Monster is a provocative new art form that combines performance, installation and sonic environment – it enables dancers to create real-time interaction between movement, speech, song and electronically generated sounds. In this highly personal work, Forsythe explores how foreign elements, such as cancer, occupy and change a body. Sculptures fill the performance space and performers and audience members interact with large-scale sculptures.
