Somewhere beyond traditional sketch comedy or improvisation, Mild
Dementia has been described as a “variety show for metaphysicians.” A small performance troupe of anachro-theatricalists with highly subversive ideas and a uniquely theatrical aesthetic, Mild Dementia has
a decidedly wicked, silly, surreal sensibility, fracturing linguistic, social and conceptual assumptions…their approach lies somewhere between the Marx Brothers and high art.
