The Ragged Child, by Jeremy James Taylor and Frank Whately is a musical play set in London, 1849 and tells the tale of young Joe Cooper and his little sister Annie. This moving story follows their struggle for survival, and of Lord Shaftesbury and his determined efforts to improve the lot of London’s poor.
