The Eastwood is a historic venue that has been a cornerstone of the local arts scene for nearly 60 years. Formerly known as The Oxford Playhouse, The Los Angeles Actors’ Theatre, and The Met, it has hosted renowned groups like The Groundlings and facilitated workshops by notable figures such as Robert Altman, Phillip Seymour Hoffman and some of L.A.’s most important independent theaters made their names here. Following a major renovation, The Eastwood now features two versatile performance spaces: the 99-seat Eastwood Mainstage and the intimate 40-seat Oxford Underground. These spaces are fully equipped to accommodate a variety of productions, including theatrical performances, film screenings, and dance shows, catering to artists and audiences of all levels.
